Not ready to say goodbye to festival season? Well, we’re not done yet. Grab your friends and family and join your neighbors, as we celebrate the charm that makes Charm City so unique. Residents of all ages are invited to attend at the new location at Market Pl & E. Pratt St. for an eclectic blend of art, entertainment, and local eats. Several garages and parking lots onsite will be available and designated for this event. Pricing will vary.

Beyond the music, the family-friendly event will host a kid's zone, food trucks, and retail spaces. The best part is it’s FREE. So get outside and take in a little more Baltimore.

VEND AT CHARM CITY LIVE

Baltimore's Charm City Live festival will be held on Saturday, August 26, 2023 at Market Place & Pratt Street. Thousands are expected to attend this ultimate end of summer festival full of music, food, and fun everyone. Join the excitement and serve as a Vendor for Charm City Live. Applications are now being accepted for food, retail, and art vendors. The deadline to apply is Friday, August 11, 2023.  Click here to download the Charm City Live Vendor Application. PERFORMANCES

Headlining this year’s Charm City Live is soultry R&B singer Ari Lennox. Taking the Charm City Live stage along with Ari Lennox is the award-winning singing sensation and R&B artist Donell Jones, and DJ and Hip Hop artist MC Lyte. The chart-topping artists promises to set the stage on fire and create an unforgettable experience for all attendees.

National Aquarium

The National Aquarium is part of Charm City Live! Festival-goers who have registered in advance can visit the Aquarium (501 E. Pratt Street) for FREE on August 26 between 2 and 5 p.m. To visit the National Aquarium for FREE as part of Charm City Live on August 26, festival-goers must register for tickets online in advance. There are a limited number of free tickets available. Each party is limited to a maximum of six guests. These free tickets will sell out.

PARKING & ROAD CLOSURES

Beginning Friday, August 25th at 12 noon, Pratt Street between Gay Street and President Street will be closed for preparations related to The Charm City Live event. 
 
Starting at 3am on Saturday, August 26th the closure of Pratt Street will be extended to Light Street. This closure between Light Street and President Street will remain in-effect until 10pm.
 
After 10pm on Saturday, August 26th, Pratt Street will revert back to the full closure between Gay Street and President Street until 12 noon, Sunday, August 27th.
 
During this time access to the corridor from intersecting streets will also be restricted. However, exit-only traffic from the Pier V garage onto Pratt Street will be permitted throughout the event.
 
All eastbound traffic will be redirected to East Baltimore Street. Westbound traffic will be permitted to use East Lombard Street. We recognize that road closures may cause temporary inconvenience, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation during this time.
